This will be a simple site, totally integrated with Facebook. The objective of the site is: the user create a phrase to be able to link on "I like it" button on facebook, and to recieve comments for each phrase on the site.

The final product has to be on PHP and Mysql for the database.
Requirements:
- The user can create any like it phrase on the site
- The user click on I like it button on FB and it liks to the site
- The site shows the top of the new phrases and the ones with most users being fan of it
- There is a page for each phrase with the comments from the users on that phrase
- The URL of the page of each phrase is seo compatible and is expressed in full text
- Users can use the site from theirs FB account without having to login on the site

The site will be in spanish, but the code and programmer can be in english. Spanish writing programmers are preferred.
